Please use the Group Registration Form below for requesting reservations for your Group, Party or Church here at the Applestem Corn Maze.  If you would like to make a reservation for a School Field Trip,  use this link.  Enter all information requested below.  ( * indicates required field.)    We will contact you with your confirmation. To discuss how we can meet the needs of your school or organization, call 406-235-4227.
  • When are Fall Groups & Parties welcomed?
    ​Beginning Wednesday, September 20 through October 29, 2023 Groups and Parties are welcomed as follows:

    Church Groups: are welcome on Wednesday's from 5:00PM - 9:00PM (reservations required) and on Sunday's 1PM - 6:00PM (reservations recommended).

    Larger Groups:  While larger groups can be accommodated without reservations during normal hours of the Maze, you will need reservations to come as a group on the days the maze is not open.
    Attraction Availability
    All attractions will be available during normal maze hours; with the exception of the cow train and the grain train during the week.   We will provide an area for your group to gather or for you to set up party materials. You are welcome to bring food.  For birthdays, cupcakes are recommended in lieu of a cake.
    ​Reservations
    On the days we are open to the general public (Fri-Sun):  Reservations are recommended, but not required.  On the days we are not open during regular business hours:  Reservations are required.
    Admission Rates For Your Group or Party, Teams and Church Groups:
    ​During the week, admission is $5.00 per person. 
    On weekends, admission is regular price with group discounts:
    • Groups of up to 9:  $11.00 per person
    • Groups of 10 - 19:  $10.00 per person
    • Groups of 20 and up:  $9.00 per person

  • Drinking Water
    ​Please provide your group or party with drinking water as we do not have water fountains available at the ranch.  We will have bottled water available for sale at our concession stand.
    What to Wear
    Dress appropriately for a day of Montana outdoor activities and weather conditions.  Wear jeans and closed toe shoes.   Bring your suncreen;  caps or hats are recommended.
    Restrooms
    We do have restrooms and hand washing stations available on site.  It is a good idea to bring hand sanitizer along as well.
    ADA Compatible
    Our facilities and restrooms are ADA compatible.  In the maze and on the grounds, just know that the ride might get a little bumpy at times.
  • Are you open during the week?
    We are not open to the public during the week. During the week, we host church groups, field trips, schools, organizations, and parties.  ​The only exception that we are open to the public is during Fall Week when we are open on MEA Days on Wednesday October 18th from 5:00pm-9:00pm,  Thursday October 19th and Friday October 20th from 1:00pm - 9:00pm.

    How long will you be open during the season?
    For the 2023 season, we will be open from September 16th to October 29th.

    What are your hours?
    ​We are open to the public on Friday 5pm-9pm, Saturday 1pm-9pm, and Sundays 1pm-6pm.

    How much does it cost?
    ​​General Admission on Friday through Sunday is $11 per person for ages 5 and up, 4 and under are free.  Please visit Field Trips and Groups / Parties for registered weekday trip admission and group rates.

    Can I bring my dog?
    ​Yes, we just ask that you clean up after them and keep them on a leash.

    ​Do you haunt?
    ​The Haunted Maze will not be featured during the season.
